All out-of-stock items are made to order and are still able to be added to your Cart and ordered as a 'Pre-Order'. Please allow up to 3 business days for production and processing.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

5. Custom Design Services

We offer a free 30-minute consultation for custom board game accessories. If you choose to move forward, we’ll provide a design quote and timeline.

Custom orders are:

• Non-refundable once approved and in production

• Subject to a separate confirmation and purchase process

6. Returns and Refunds

Since all products are generally made to order, we do not accept general returns.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We may issue:

• A replacement

• Store credit

• A refund — at our discretion
