Shipping & Returns Policy

We take pride in designing and 3D-printing high-quality accessories for board game enthusiasts. Below you'll find information about how we handle shipping, processing, and returns.

1. Order Processing Time

All out-of-stock items are made to order and are still able to be added to your Cart and ordered as a 'Pre-Order'. Please allow up to 3 business days for production before your order is shipped.

During busy seasons, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we’ll contact you via email.

2. Shipping Information

We currently ship to addresses within Canada and the United States.

  • Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped (if tracking is available for your shipping method).

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or weather.

3. Shipping Carriers

We primarily use Canada Post, USPS and UPS. You may be able to choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.

If you need express shipping or special handling, please contact us before placing your order.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (U.S. Orders)

Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Please check with your local customs office for more information.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are generally custom-made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

However, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item or missing parts)

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

6. Custom Orders

Custom-designed items are final sale and non-refundable once the design has been approved and production has started. If a custom item arrives damaged or with an error, we will make it right — just contact us as outlined above.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Check with neighbors or your building management

  • Contact the carrier directly

  • Let us know — we’ll do our best to assist, but cannot guarantee replacements in these cases
