At Lodestone Studio, we offer digital versions of our 3D-printed board game accessories for personal use. By purchasing or downloading any digital files from our store, you agree to the following terms.

1. What You’re Buying

When you purchase a digital product, you're buying a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital file(s) for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You are not purchasing ownership of the design itself — just the right to use it under the conditions listed below.

2. File Format & Delivery

All digital products are provided in industry-standard 3D printing file formats (e.g., .STL, .OBJ, or others as listed on the product page).

• Files will be available for download immediately after purchase.

• You’ll also receive an email with a download link.

• Please download and back up your files promptly. Download links may expire after a set period or number of attempts.

3. License and Permitted Use

All digital files are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may:

• Print the file(s) for your own use

• Modify the design for personal use

• Share printed versions as gifts (not for sale)

You may not:

• Sell, share, or distribute the digital files

• Upload the files to file-sharing platforms or websites

• Sell physical prints made from the files

• Use the designs for commercial projects, resale, or crowdfunding campaigns

If you're interested in a commercial license, please contact us directly.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Accidental purchases

• Download issues caused by browser, internet, or software incompatibility

• Change of mind

If you experience a technical issue with your file (e.g., corrupted download or unusable file), please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve the problem.

5. Intellectual Property

All digital product designs are the intellectual property of Lodestone Studio, unless otherwise noted.

Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of our digital products is a violation of copyright and may result in legal action.

6. Updates & File Revisions

We may occasionally update or improve digital files. Customers who purchased a file may be eligible to receive the updated version at no additional cost — we will notify you via email when applicable.
